Stephen Benson has more than 20 years of experience developing and maintaining successful partnerships that optimize businesses’ bottom lines through carefully crafted, customized operational models for IT and telecom services and sourcing. An expert at aligning business goals with innovative technology solutions, Mr. Benson adeptly identifies cost-saving applications and productivity improvements for his clients.
Mr. Benson has partnered with a variety of businesses—from entrepreneurial startups to SMBs and established enterprises—and spent more than 12 years at a Fortune 500 organization. There, he gained a comprehensive knowledge of challenges faced by organizations that undertake rapid growth and global expansion as he assisted in the international expansion of the commercial real estate finance arm of General Motors. Responsible for the leadership and direction of all infrastructure, telecommunications, and development architectures at GMACCM (General Motors Acceptance Corporation Commercial Mortgage), Mr. Benson implemented technology-driven solutions that aligned corporate business objectives with cohesive technology strategies for the global enterprise.
Mr. Benson earned a bachelor’s in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from LaSalle University. He has completed executive studies at The Pennsylvania State University, MIT Sloane School of Management, and Babson School of Executive Management.

With more than 22 years of IT and telecom experience, Louis Najera expertly advises clients about how to optimize IT, mobile, and telecommunications technologies in order to fund initiatives, reduce overall costs, and drive profitability. He strives to help his business clients resolve pain points and achieve their objectives through collaborative strategic planning and disciplined follow-through. One central value resides at the core of all his business partnerships and decisions: the client’s needs and goals are always the reigning priority.
Mr. Najera is no stranger to leading new business development. Prior to joining The DaVinci Group, Mr. Najera was tapped to develop a comprehensive channel partner program for an international business that focuses on innovative wireless technologies. This role evolved seamlessly out of his experience of having founded a full-service, independent telecom brokerage firm—then called DaVinci Communications—to offer discounted voice and data services to enterprise customers from top telecommunications providers. As President of the organization, Mr. Najera led all facets of business development, including marketing, web design, and sales efforts, and he managed the firm’s IT, operations, and vendor relations.
His IT and telecom experiences also have found him in the trenches, working as National Account Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, and Sales Agent. Today, he is an active member of the Association of Contingency Planners, which focuses on disaster recovery and business continuity for voice and data communications.
Mr. Najera earned a bachelor’s in Economics from The College of William & Mary.
Leo Najera, MBA
Auditor & Project Manager
Leo Najera acts as Auditor & Project Manager for The DaVinci Group. With more than 20 years of management experience, his strengths lie in business development, financial analysis, cost containment strategies, and real estate.
Mr. Najera began his career in the banking industry. During his five-year tenure at First Sierra Financial, Mr. Najera managed award-winning sales teams, grew the sales force by 60%, and helped design and implement the front and back office credit analysis platform to service client needs. In 2003, he accepted the position of President of Equipment Capital and spent over five years managing high-yield portfolios for the asset-based lending firm in Orange County, California.
Prior to joining The DaVinci Group, Mr. Najera was the Administrator for B&H National Default Group in Delaware, managing judicial foreclosure proceedings for tier-1 banking institutions.
Mr. Najera holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Masters degree from the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics. Mr. Najera sits on the advisory boards for Sand Hill Venture Capital, LLC in San Francisco and the Union Hospital Foundation in Maryland.
With nearly two decades of strategic planning and business development experience in the telecommunications, medical, and aerospace sectors, Pamela Suder brings her varied, in-depth product, systems, and processes knowledge to The DaVinci Group. Here, Ms. Suder skillfully advises clients on eliminating extraneous costs and optimizing voice strategy on a global level.
Ms. Suder is a practiced, solutions-oriented professional with a dynamic background. As a sales leader for major telecommunications firms like WinStar, PECO Adelphia, and Broadwing Communications, she developed highly successful business development programs and exceeded company objectives. At Greene, Tweed & Co., Inc. Ms. Suder initially supported the medical orthopedic instrument business and then supported the aerospace division. She managed the process between internal teams and key accounts to determine and comply with customer’s quality requirements.
Ms. Suder studied Organizational Management at Gwynedd Mercy University and the University of Delaware. She has also lent her skills and experience to the March of Dimes, serving as a team leader for walks and other fundraising initiatives.
